This is an automated service that monitors your system’s health from LoPoCo’s own cloud based monitoring facilities, external to your datacenter. To utilize this service, the customer must make certain parts of the network accessible by LoPoCo. Please contact us to facilitate this. Doing so will not make your network generally accessible by anyone from the internet. LoPoCo’s monitoring software securely connects to your network and all monitoring and data gathering is done over an SSL encrypted link, keeping all of your data and network secure and safe.
All of the gathered monitoring data is visible and browseable by the customer, and only the customer (and LoPoCo, of course). The health of the monitored systems hardware is checked and if any trouble is detected, the customer and LoPoCo Support are both notified immediately. Don’t let that ailing disk or memory module catch you off guard!
